We just got Missie (our first puppy together) at the aspca... she is wonderful... but my husband's previous dog's name was Missie and Missie was everything to him... he said she was born in his hand and they were inseparable for 14 years. its been 2 1/2 years since the first Missie and I know he loves this Missie, but I can tell its hard for him to call her that. she will be one january 1. can i even change her name?

Adult (after 16) January, 09, breaking into 3 homes at Christmas with another boy, 3 misd stealing charges, 2 yrs supv probation, June, 09 Minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia, 2 misd charges, 2 fines and re-start probation, losing the 6 months he had done, October, 09, apartment drug bust, possession of controlled substance, felony, he had yet to even pay off the fines from June, has preliminary hearing in January, 10 on it. Any ideas what will happen? May he finally be sent to the big house?
