Why is my crepe myrtle tree so confused?

All the other crepe myrtles in the whole neighborhood have been blooming since mid summer, mid July time period. Now, two whole months later, MY crepe myrtle trees are starting to bloom. The blooms are kind of wimpy. What is wrong with my trees? They seem to be screwed up. I was hoping to have the all summer bloom like the neighbors all have
