The job application (state police background) asked if I ever plead guilty to a crime. What if you do DUI ARD

The ARD officer stated they expunged my criminal record after I completed the program sucessfully. I would rather not say I pled guilty on the application because the offense should not be on my criminal record anyway. Will the criminal record background reflect the ARD or will it be completely clear?
