I fell in love with a guy at first sight in the Washington D.C. how do i find him ?

I would like the find him somehow online. By the way, I know this whole entire thing sounds stupid and impossible but I thought I should just give it a shot. Here are the details; I was at the natural history museum in D.C. I was wearing a brown silk shirt with a white shirt underneath with skinny jeans and sandals. I have dark brown hair, eyes, and overall dark features. I saw this guy with his friend who had red kind of longish hair wearing a plaid shirt and I guess a "rocker" look. He was walking with him through the erfly exhibition and I was looking through on the outside when I saw him. He had dark black hair and the most beautiful blue eyes. Also he was wearing a german flag colored necklace key holder contraption around his neck. We locked eyes a few times. Also I think besides being with his friend, he was with two other girls, one short with red hair. He looked college age, maybe he goes to a university in the area like GW, georgetown, or American U. Anyone know this guy?
