Do I keep My boring Boyfriend And lose myself?

I have been dating my boyfriend for 3 months and I feel lik the novelty wore off..Dont get me wrong I really care for him and cannot imagine him not in my life..Lately we dont go out anymore..we just stay in my house and do nothing..I am kind of getting bored and when I tell him we should go out he doesnt feel like it..I am overwhelmed with this, because if after 3 months its already this boring imagine after a year or 2...I am not used to this and I dont want to pretend that im always thrilled to stay in..He seems so grumpy sometimes and I just feel like he doesnt really care..Im torn between him and getting my life back..what can I do..and keep both?
