In Harvest moon Island happines how do i get denny to move back after he moved.?

In harvest moon island happiness Denny moved because i didnt fish for 30 days i think. i want him back how do i get him to move back. The same goes for Rigis and subrina they moved out too, how do i get them back i miss them plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
