Help, how do I write a paper on bullying? ?

I have 4 paragraphs who a bully is, who a victim is, effects bullying and school involvement. My information is good but it's just a list of facts. My teacher told me that I have to put myself in the paper and relate it to my thesis The Cycle of victimization by bullies continues to be a problem in American schools today but I have no idea how to do that. How do I put myself in the paper when I'm talking about bullies being aggressive and needing power? Please Please Help and quick, before I flunk English cl!!!!
