WHERE IN THE WORLD CAN AN INNOCENT MAN GO TO NOT BE EXTRIDITED BACK TO THE UNITED STATES? (i know.all are)?

i am charged with burglary..which is rediculious...I went to court to final my divorce..and was arrested afterwards..I have no idea what this is for. But i'm not willing to go to prison and go bankrupt to prove my innocence. I had troubles in the 70's (out of the military) but nothing major in over 15 years. I am hoping that i will get the truth about non-extradition countries. i've had enough of ex-wives and govt..and problems with health. Thank you.
