Could someone please help me with a question about the "Johari Window"?

You have a very interesting look at this :) The Johari Window is basically a way to make a person look at themselves in another way, to realize that they may not be as self aware as they think they are. It is a tool to be used to help people be more open minded, not for a friend to make you feel like they have the inside scoop on you (there is the window for things that only you know about you and they will never get a look through that pane!) Have you even had the friend that talks too loud in public places but seems totally oblivious to the fact? This is pretty much what that pane of the window is talking about...maybe no one wants to say anything to hurt the friends feelings because they know the friend is not trying to be rude and so the loud one never realizes how disruptive they really are. It is not so much a bunch of other peoples opinions, but more the things that other people realize about you that you haven't found yet.
