Council refuse collecting lazy muppets payed for nothing sh*ts?

put my garden waste wheel bin out this morning it was half full of soil (it was a little bit heavy) anyway i came home & it wasnt emptied, my neighbour told me he saw the collector go to move the bin then heard him say " this ones a bit heavy" then he looked inside and says to his mate " its got wood in it , we cant take this one " & they walked away laughing....there was wood in it, it was a 5" piece of old fence (about the size of a mobile phone) all the rest was soil,,,,,who the hell do they think they are, i had take the bin back through my front garden to put it in the back garden which is about 100 ft they would`ve only had to move the bin about ten ft to the back of the lorry,,,,lazy tossin twats , i`ll be waiting for him next fortnight & iam putting him in the bin head first....council s
