How do you do makeup like this? D;?

take one of urban decays new jumbo pencils in black and put it all over the lid, then take a matte black shadow and press it on top of the pencil. continue doing it until it goes as high up as you want it to go but do a little at a time so you dont do to much. then use a light matte color a little lighter than your skin tone and put it under the brow. line your upper and lower water line also and use fake lashes on the top but apply lots of mascara on top and bottom. hope this helps!
