I want to sue my child support case worker in small claims court. can i and will i win?

i want to sue her personally and file a complaint with the state attorney generals office. i am a trucker i live in the gulf coast of florida but my case is in nebraska i got laid off so i got behind. child support sent me a letter and said if i don't get things together and start paying again they were going to take my license. so i said ok fair enough they said i had till the 16th of november so we we went there on november 8th went over the workers head and went to her supervisor because her and i don't get along so the supervisor said its all good i got a job and money was coming in so i get out trucking with the new company so i call on the 17th and the worker sent the suspension through anyway i called the supervisor he fixed it right away had my license back the next day. i believe she did it just to prove a point she evan told me drive and get pulled over and watch what happens i have been a truck driver for over ten years. ok what is your opinion
