Is that what world powers want?oil at $148?

it seems like so annyoing petrol is again up to rs 85 per litre in pakistan in india there was another increase in last week too .now just imagine a person who earns rs 6,000 per month.i do agree its is affecting developed countries but what will happen to poor countries they will starve to death .is that wants usa wants.india where everyda 250 farmers commit suicide bcz of hunger.pakistan with 60 suicide per month bcz of hunger.afganistan where there is no record u can say the suicide bombers killed themselves bcz they had nothing to eat.thats exactly what world powers want.if usa wants they can crash oil price to $50 /BARREL but that way india ,pakistan and other countries would continue to develop.what are ur thoughts.is usa helpless against oil prices or they just want this to happen as usa got iraq.althought some muslim countries will get shielded as saudi are offering reabated oil to their muslim countries like pakistan but what will happen to india/others?
