QUICKTIMe ERROR?

when i use quicktime a error comes up 2095. i tried to uninstill it but i get the same error. I need quicktime so I can get on i tunes and put music on my ipod. You can only use itunes to put music on it. I also tried instilling a new version but said the old one cannt be deleted does anyone have an answer for me please.
