What do I do about Pepper Spray skin contact?

My dear friend accidentally picked up a broken pepper spray canister with her bare hands, and now the pain is terrible for her, and has gotten progressively worse. Is there anything that can wash away the pain or neutralize whatever is on her hands? Please help!
