Difference between a guy liking you and a guy finding you attractive?

okay what are the differences between a 15 year old guy liking a girl compare to as a guy finding you pretty/hot/attractive/funny/loves ur laugh/likes u as a person. bcz there is this guy in my cl who said tht he doesnt like me int tht way..like he said tht he's after some other girl he likes, but i just dont get y he doesnt like like me bcz he's eveyrhting he likes...like he finds me hot, very funny, loves my laugh, perosnality, he siad i stand out from the other girls, he's acts very ual to me...but after everything i dont get why he wouldnt like me...like i know he is way shorter than me but still. so please anser both of my questions!!!!! :D
