Is it bad to buy a car with HAZARDOUS/ CHEMICAL damage?

the car i want to buy has a salvage title because of HAZARDOUS/ CHEMICAL damage. i show some pictures before the car was cleaned it looked like the seats had blood all over it. i dont know if it is a good idea of buying the car it is cleaned out. there was a lot of blood on the sit and the door panel should i think of buying this car?
