I have problem of exccessive nocturnal ejaculation,premature ejaculation and semen is thin?

My age is 29 years and unmarried. I started mastubation from 16 till 25. I have severe problem of hyper sensitivity of my ual organs that even a immagination gets me hot and water liquid comes out from my . I have excessive nocturnal ejaculation like once a week. My semen is very thin. I have problem of premature ejaculation like 30 seconds without and with just 2-3 strokes. I am planning to get marry in march 2009 and I am very worried. Advise any medicines(available in Pakistan easily) to overcome all these problems by 100 %.
